We recommend booking at least 4-5 weeks in advance, especially for custom prints, weekends and larger installations.
Custom printed backdrops require a minimum of 18 business days notice.
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to officially secure your event date. Rental items also require a refundable damage deposit.
The remaining balance is due on the day of setup unless otherwise discussed in advance.
Yes! Delivery, setup, and teardown are available for all installations. Delivery and installation fees start at $65+ depending on location and setup size.
Yes! Grab & Go garlands are available for pickup and are perfect for smaller celebrations and DIY setups.
Balloon Boss is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba and serves surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside city limits.

Rental items must be returned or available for scheduled pickup after the event. Once inspected, the refundable rental deposit will be returned.
